Additional websites for continued learning:
Thinking Page
The Thinking Page is a website built by Daniel Aronson in 1999 with the intention of sharing information and links on organizational and individual thinking. One of the pages on this website is specific to Systems Thinking, and contains short annotated bibliographies of various websites with information on systems thinking. The annotations on this page are short and give a brief summary of the linked websites without any indication as to the usefulness or any other opinions. Some of the links are no longer working and need to be updated or removed, but others remain operational and provide some useful information about systems thinking.
Management Help
The Systems Thinking Management Help site is a website built by Carter McNamara with a plethora of information on systems. On this page are definitions of commonly used systems terms as well as a variety of links to other websites and pages for more information. It's great how many links are on this page and the amount of work that was obviously put into it, but there are some minor criticisms to be made. Some of the names of the links are either too specific or too broad which can make it difficult to find exactly what you may be looking for. Additionally, most of the names are between 2-7 words with no description of what you will find on the page or how useful it may be to you. Overall a good source and you may spend more time than you planned reading the information, whether that's good or bad is up to you.
Systems Dynamics Society
This is an online article by the Systems Dynamics Society. It outlines what systems dynamics is and it is easy to see how it is linked to systems thinking. The article is easy to read and has a summary with links to the headlines within the article for fast browsing. Elsewhere on the site there is more information about system dynamics, including articles and tools that could help to understand systems dynamics.
